Participation in rides, trips, and events organised by Gravel Up North is entirely voluntary.
By taking part, you confirm that:

- You comply with all road laws and local regulations
- You ride responsibly and respectfully towards others
Gravel riding and bikepacking involve inherent risks, including injury, accidents, changing weather conditions, terrain hazards, mechanical failures, and remote riding locations.
Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
4. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravel Up North accepts no responsibility or liability for:

5. Bookings & Payments
Where trips or events require payment:
- Full payment or deposits may be required to secure your place
- Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation
- Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise
Payment terms for specific trips or events will be provided at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
By Participants
If you cancel:
- Deposits may be non-refundable
- Refund eligibility depends on notice given and costs already incurred

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter rides, routes, trips, or events due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient numbers
- Circumstances outside our control
Where possible, alternative dates or partial refunds may be offered.
7. Medical & Emergency Information
Participants may be asked to provide emergency contact or relevant medical information before certain rides or trips.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that could affect your participation or safety.
8. Photography & Media
During events or trips, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and social media purposes.
By participating, you consent to the use of these images unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
